Have you reserved a Flat in a new project and would like to sell it before completion?

Who are the vendors? (Owners of presale agreements.)

•    People who have reserved a flat in new project and have concluded real estate purchase preliminary agreement. But are having difficulty obtaining financing to complete the purchase and therefore risk losing the paid deposit;
•    People who have reserved a flat in new project and have concluded real estate purchase preliminary agreement. But no longer wish to proceed with the purchase and are prevented by the developer from re-selling the flat.

How we help the vendors?

•    We present your flat to our network of buyers and arrange a flat re-sell agreement. When the building is completed the buyer will then cover the loan.
•    We can introduce you to our network so you don’t have to forfeit your initial deposit and it is our commitment to try to get as much profit as possible.
•    To arrange all necessary documentation in minimum amount of time.


Who are the buyers?

•    Families or young business professionals who want to buy a flat but they don’t have the necessary 10% deposit required by the developer.
•    Other investors who want to buy a flat with for a reasonable price.

How can we help the buyer?

•    We offer the opportunity to purchase a flat at a reasonable price. (10-15% under market value)
•    We organise all documentation so a buyer can obtain a loan from the bank using the prearranged agreement from the original buyer as the proof of 10% deposit.
•    We have solid relationships with mortgage companies and can help get a reasonable rate.
•    We also provide full property management services for those buyers who want to buy and later rent a flat.
•    We offer those buying as an investment, fully furnished flats under market value. We can also provide 3 year rental contracts with an expectation of 4-8% profit from rental yield.


What we need from a vendor?

•    To know when the building will be completed.
•    Information about the flat: total size m2, number of rooms, type of floor, what kind of interior finish, and an evaluation on the market value.
