MANAGEMENT ONLY

Owners who do not wish to have their property rented but would like the property looked after or currently have tenants, are welcome to take advantage of our "Management Only" service.

Our management services include:

• Representing landlord’s interests (according to power of attorney)
• Key holding service
• Representation of the property owner before third party service providers (inclusive electricity and water supply companies, electronic security companies, etc.).
• Arrangement of household insurance where required
• Utility bills administration (from the deposit supplied by the owner)
• Quotes obtained and the following services arranged when required:
• Reforms and repairs of the property
• Plumbing repairs
• Electrical installations
• Alarm installations
• Locksmiths service
• Satellite TV installation
• Builders cleaning (complete cleaning with all drawers, cupboards, windows, terraces, removal of marks and stains)
• Furniture item delivery/assembling
• Visiting of a vacant property once every two weeks to make sure that everything is fine.
• Collect mail left in the property or arrange a forward post to a preferred address
  

For providing the above services we charge annual subscription fee.

Additional letting services if apartment is tenanted:

• Collection of rental fee on behalf of the owner
• Tenant inquiries management
• Tenant – Owner liaison
• Control of letting fee payment
