This service includes everything required to maintain and to let your property, from key handling, paying the utility bills as well as annual city taxes, advertising and placing tenants for mid to long term lettings.

• Internet and in-house marketing of your property
• Photos of property taken for marketing/rental purposes
• Letting value and projected income estimation
• Showing of the property to potential tenants

• Transfer-acceptance to/from the tenant inspection of the apartment

All marketing and advertising will be handled by our own marketing department. We are running various advertising campaigns such as, local advertisements in the press as well as the travel media, internet advertising through our website and our affiliated networks.

Our offices are constantly in touch with the property owners, ensuring that they are kept informed about reservations, expenses, income, etc. as well as any important circumstances related to their property.

Owners can still use the property for personal use as much as they like, provided they have informed us in advance and if there is no booking already made or long-term tenant staying at their property.
